To believe in the Life of Love
Giving back to your home chapter is a great way to ensure that the current brothers of Sigma Nu will have the same great experience that you had. By giving to the Chapter House, you are showing them that love for Sigma Nu is eternal and that being a brother is a lifelong commitment.
To walk in the Way of Honor
Giving back is a highly honorable thing to do. From year to year, the cost to maintain and improve the Chapter house increases dramatically. By showing your support through giving, you are ensuring the long-term stability of the home of your fondest college memories.
To serve in the Light of Truth
Giving back also opens the doors for other Alumni to give back. Studies have shown that a person is more likely to donate to a cause if they know someone who has recently donated to the same cause. By donating, you are also shedding light on the joys of giving and proving encouragement for more people to support the Beta Rho Chapter House.

Property Company
The Property Company is a group of dedicated Beta Rho alumni, who volunteer their time to ensure that Beta Rho remains strong at the University of Pennsylvania. They work endlessly to maintain house upkeep, grow and foster the Beta Rho Alumni Network, and mentor many of the younger brothers who currently live in the chapter house.
